Fuji 1DI480A-055 is a high power IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) module designed for use in motor drives, power supplies, and welding equipment. Its voltage rating 550V & current rating 480A, allowing to handle high power loads.

1DI480A-055 module also features a built-in temperature sensor, provides real-time feedback on the module’s temperature, allowing for safe and reliable operation.

1DI480A-055 module comes with pre-applied thermal interface material and is designed to be compatible with standard mounting and cooling systems.
