The 6MBP100RTA060 is part of the 6th generation Intelligent Power Module (IPM) series, which offers high efficiency and reliability for a variety of applications.

6MBP100RTA060 module consists of six insulated-gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) power devices with freewheeling diodes. It maximum collector-emitter voltage 600V and a maximum collector current 100A.

The module also equipped with built-in temperature sensors for overcurrent and thermal shutdown protection.
