Sharp LQ94D021 is a 9.4-inch diagonal TFT-LCD display panel manufactured by Sharp. 640×480 pixels resolution & 4:3 ratio, 400 cd/m² brightness. The panel utilizes an LVDS (Low Voltage Differential Signaling) interface for data transfer and has a contrast ratio of 400:1.

LQ94D021 designed for use in industrial control systems, medical equipment, point-of-sale terminals, and gaming machines. It features a wide viewing angle of 160 degrees both horizontally and vertically, easy readability from different viewing positions.
