SEMIKRON SKM400GAR12T4D New IGBT Module

SEMIKRON SKM400GAR12T4D is a high power insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) module, designed for use in motor drives, renewable energy, welding equipment, & other industrial applications that require high voltage & current handling capabilities.

SKM400GAR12T4D module has maximum voltage rating 1,200 volts & handle up to the continuous current 400 amperes. It consists of four IGBTs and four free-wheeling diodes in a half-bridge configuration and this module is equipped with integrated temperature and overcurrent protection.
