Infineon FF450R12KT4 is a high power IGBT module designed for use in industrial motor drives, inverters, and other high power electronics systems. The module(FF450R12KT4) is a part of Infineon’s EconoDUAL™ product family & features an innovative design that combines two IGBTs with freewheeling diodes & thermally conductive ceramic substrate.

FF450R12KT4 has a current rating 1200A & voltage rating 1200V, it also has a low on-state voltage drop for improved efficiency, and an isolated copper baseplate for improved thermal performance. Additionally, FF450R12KT4 includes an integrated temperature sensor for over-temperature protection.

FF450R12KT4 is RoHS compliant and lead-free, and its innovative design helps reduce system costs by simplifying assembly and increasing reliability.
