Semikron SKM200GAL1200KL is a high-power, half-bridge IGBT power module designed for use in a variety of applications such as industrial motor drives, renewable energy systems, and traction applications.

SKM200GAL1200KL module contains two insulated gate bipolar transistors configured in a half-bridge topology. It has maximum collector-emitter voltage 1200V & can handle continuous collector currents of up 200A.
