Infineon FF300R12KT4 New IGBT Module

Infineon FF300R12KT4 is a high power IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) module designed for use in industrial applications such as motor drives, wind turbines, and solar inverters. FF300R12KT4 features voltage rating 1200V & current rating 300A, allowing to handle high power loads.

FF300R12KT4 is built with advanced IGBT technology, delivers low switching losses and high efficiency. The module(FF300R12KT4 ) features a built-in temperature sensor, provides real-time feedback on the module’s temperature.
