IXYS MCC162-18io1 is a power module designed for use in high-power industrial applications. It consists of two IGBT modules in a half-bridge configuration, each rated for 900V & 162A.

MCC162-18io1 module includes an integrated gate driver circuit and protection features such as over-current and over-temperature protection.
